Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
1. Overview
Arcade Together is a collection of casual games that can be played on one device, against computer-controlled players, or with people nearby. This Privacy Policy explains what information Arcade Together processes, where that information goes, and the choices available to you.
Arcade Together does not require an account and does not send your player profile, game history, or gameplay to Javoft Ltd. servers. Javoft Ltd. does not operate a gameplay backend for Arcade Together.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Arcade Together stores the following information locally on your device:
- Player profile: the player name you choose. You may use a nickname and should avoid including information you do not want nearby players to see.
- Settings: preferences such as haptic feedback and game-specific options.
- Match history and statistics: completed game results, dates, game modes, player names, scores, and game-specific final-state information used to display your history and statistics.
- Connection information: random local identifiers and related settings used to distinguish devices and support nearby play.
This locally stored information is used only to provide app features. It is not sent to Javoft Ltd., advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.
3. Nearby Play
Nearby play is optional. If you use it, Arcade Together requests access to your local network and uses Apple networking frameworks to discover and connect to other Arcade Together devices nearby. An internet connection and an Arcade Together account are not required.
Depending on whether you host, browse for, or join a game, nearby devices may receive:
- Your chosen player name;
- The table name, game type, and game settings needed to advertise a nearby table;
- Game actions and game-state information needed to play and show results; and
- Random technical identifiers used to manage the nearby connection.
This information is exchanged directly between participating devices. Javoft Ltd. does not receive or store it. Nearby sessions use the encryption provided by Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework.
Other participants may retain your player name and completed-game information in Arcade Together's match history on their devices. Javoft Ltd. cannot access or delete information stored on another participant's device. For this reason, use a nickname that does not reveal personal information you wish to keep private.
4. Information Arcade Together Does Not Collect
Arcade Together does not include developer-operated services that collect:
- Email addresses or account credentials;
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data;
- Precise or coarse location;
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking information;
- Analytics, advertising, or marketing data; or
- Gameplay or match history on Javoft Ltd. servers.
Arcade Together does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and Javoft Ltd. does not sell or rent personal information.
5. Apple Services
Apple may process App Store, device, diagnostic, or networking information under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Information processed independently by Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Support Communications
If you contact Javoft Ltd. by email, we receive your email address, your message, and any other information or attachments you choose to provide. This information is not collected by the Arcade Together app. It is used to respond to your request and is processed by the email service used by Javoft Ltd.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable law.
7. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices
Your player profile, preferences, statistics, and match history remain on your device until the app data is removed. You can change your player name in Arcade Together. Removing Arcade Together and its local data from your device deletes the local information stored by the app.
Javoft Ltd. has no server-side copy of this information to access or delete. Removing information from your own device does not remove copies of player names or completed match information already stored on other participants' devices through nearby play.
You can decline local network access or turn it off in iOS Settings. You can still use game modes that do not require a nearby connection.
8. Security
Arcade Together relies on iOS security protections for information stored locally and on Apple's Multipeer Connectivity encryption for nearby game sessions. You should protect access to your device with a passcode and keep iOS up to date.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Avoid using personal information as your player name or table name if you do not want that information visible to nearby players.
9. Children's Privacy
Arcade Together does not knowingly collect personal information from children on Javoft Ltd. servers. Because a chosen player name can be visible to nearby players, parents and guardians should help children choose a non-identifying nickname and supervise their use of nearby play as appropriate.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Arcade Together's features or privacy practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
