To help us investigate faster, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send bank statements, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information by email.
Caledger imports one statement at a time using its CSV format. The first row must contain column names. Required columns are date, amount, and merchant. Optional columns are account, categoryKey, and notes.
After choosing a file, review the transactions before saving. You can change dates, merchants, amounts, accounts, and categories, or exclude individual rows. Caledger also identifies possible duplicates during review.
A CSV downloaded directly from a bank may use different columns and may need to be converted to the Caledger format before import.
If you use iCloud sync, make sure iCloud is enabled on your device and that Caledger is allowed to use iCloud. Sync timing may vary depending on network conditions and Appleās iCloud services.
CSV files are processed on your device. Caledger does not use advertising or third-party tracking. Optional iCloud sync stores app data in your private iCloud account.
Every Caledger feature is free to use.
